What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Educate and advise individuals on wealth-building and protection strategies.
  • Meet with clients to create customized financial plans.
  • Develop your own business through networking, referrals, and marketing.
  • Attend weekly training and mentorship workshops to continuously improve.

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based, no cap on earnings
  • Part-time advisors typically earn $40K-$75K in year one
  • Full-time advisors can earn $100K+ in year one
  • Residual income and agency ownership opportunities available

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
