1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to the Prostitemp website and services.

  • “User” refers to job seekers, employers, and any visitor using our platform.

  • “Job Seeker” refers to individuals using Prostitemp to find employment opportunities.

  • “Employer” refers to businesses or individuals using Prostitemp to post job openings and recruit candidates.

  • “Content” refers to any text, images, data, or information shared on the platform.


2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Prostitemp.

  • By using our platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

  • Employers must comply with all applicable labor and employment laws when posting jobs.


3. Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • Job seekers must provide accurate information when registering and applying for jobs.

  • Prostitemp is not responsible for the hiring process or employment agreements made between job seekers and employers.

  • Job seekers may be required to pay a one-time registration fee for access to job listings.


4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers are responsible for ensuring job postings comply with legal and ethical standards.

  • Employers agree to pay the required subscription fee to post job listings.

  • Prostitemp reserves the right to remove job postings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate our policies.


5. Payment & Subscription

  • Employers must pay a $29/month subscription (minimum 3-month commitment) to post jobs.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues preventing job postings.

  • Prostitemp uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.


6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting misleading or fraudulent job listings.

  • Sharing false or incomplete job applications.

  • Using the platform for illegal, unethical, or discriminatory practices.

  • Copying, modifying, or distributing content from Prostitemp without permission.


7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Prostitemp acts as a job marketplace and is not responsible for any hiring decisions made by employers.

  • We do not guarantee job placements for job seekers.

  • Prostitemp is not liable for any disputes between job seekers and employers.

  • The platform may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.


8. Termination of Accounts

  • Prostitemp reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Users who engage in prohibited activities may be banned without prior notice.


9. Modifications to Terms

  • Prostitemp may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


10. Governing Law
